Abstract

New experimental data on the viscosity of aqueous KCI solutions are reported. The data cover the temperature range 25-150 °C, the pressure range 0-30 MPa, and the concentration range 0-4.4 m. The experimentalvalues have an estimated accuracy of ±1 % over the entire range of pressure, temperature, and concentration. The viscosity has been correlated as a function of pressure, temperature, and concentration. The paper also provides a correlation for the density of KCI solutions in terms of pressure, temperature, and concentration.
