Abstract
A summary of two lectures given at the 1995 ITEP Winter School in Moscow is presented. Radiative and hadronic decays connecting excited bb̄ bound states to lower energy bb̄ states are discussed. In general, the simple model of two heavy quarks interacting in a non-relativistic potential which is attractive at short distances and confining at large distances fits the data well.
