N2 - The interaction of R2NPSNR' (R=SiMe3, R'=CMe3) with niobium, tantalum, zirconium and tin alkoxides in benzene was studied. The formation of 1,3,2,4- thiaazaphosphametalethidines for niobium, zirconium, tantalum and tin was observed. The conclusion on compounds structure and reaction pathways were made with data of NMR 13C, 1H and 31P.
