Abstract

A signal for the decay D0→K+π-π0 was observed using 9 fb-1 data collected with the CLEO II.V detector. It was found that the signal is inconsistent with an upward fluctuation of the background by 4.9 standard deviations. The normalized WS rate and CP asymmetry were also measured using fits to the Q-M and Dalitz plots.
