Abstract

We discuss low-mass enhancements observed in the p+- and in the p»+- systems produced in the reaction p»pp»p+- at 3-4 GeV/c. We conclude that these enhancements near the mass of the N(1470), at our energy, are associated with the ++(1236)-» - (1236) channel.
