Abstract
Mixing Internet protocol packets with economic theories and the real-world, but almost surreal, business practices that provide continually changing services to virtual markets gets complicated very fast. Some of the current approaches and basic challenges to pricing Internet services are reviewed. New technical and economic approaches for overcoming these challenges are introduced.
