Abstract
A Practical macromodel of integrated circuit PLL suitable for the general circuit analysis program SPICE is presented. The macromodel, which provides a good pin-to-pin representation, simulates very well the output waveforms of LM565 and models satisfactorily the controls of external elements over the performance of LM565. The macromodel can be used in computer-aided-analysis of the circuits containing LM565.
