Parity-violating DIS at JLaB with 12 GeV

Abstract

Precision measurements of parity violation in DIS from protons and deuterons are sen- sitive to electroweak physics beyond the standard model as well as hadronic properties including charge symmetry violation, higher-twist effects, and the structure function ratio d/u in the proton. We describe the apparatus that is required to perform a full kinematic study of PV DIS that will be able to untangle these effects.
