Abstract

The two-user MIMO Gaussian broadcast channel with confidential messages is studied. For the case in which the transmitter has one common message for both users and one confidential message for user 1, the capacity region is characterized with the confidential message perfectly secret from user 2. For the case in which the transmitter has one common message for both users, two private messages each for one of the users, and two confidential messages each also for one of the users, an approximate characterization of the capacity region was provided via a deterministic approach with the confidential messages respectively secret from the other user.
