Abstract

Six performance criteria of vocational rehabilitation counseling effectiveness were analyzed for a 10-year period. The performance indexes were related meaningfully, and some demonstrated substantial longitudinal stability. It was concluded that performance criteria based on standard VR caseload statistics may be used appropriately in counselor appraisal.
