High throughput optical tweezers system for multiparametric analysis of nanoparticles

Abstract

We present high-throughput optical tweezers based on the active delivery of nanoparticles in a microfluidic chip for multiparametric analysis. The throughput was enhanced by tenfold compared to conventional passive trapping, with an efficiency of 57%.
