Abstract

Hadronic decays of the charmed mesons D⁰, D⁺, and D_S⁰ offer unique opportunities to probe non-perturbative strong dynamics. In this report we summarize recent CLEO-c results, and we compare them with predictions from phenomenological models. Finally, we discuss their impact on our knowledge of light quark spectroscopy.
