Abstract

In this paper, the authors use the methodology developed for Pb to construct mass balances for Zn, Ni, and Cd for which less information is available. The main interest is with substances which initially enter the environment via atmospheric routes although the approach is quite general. Primary attention is focused on Zn with a brief discussion of Cd and Ni.
