Feminist ambiguity in heterosexual lives: Reflections on Andrea Dworkin

Research output: Chapter in Book/Entry/PoemChapter

Abstract

If everyone wants sexual equality, then it is something of a mystery why this equality has not yet been realized in our lives. Of course, it is obviously false that everyone wants sexual equality. Yet, even among those who sincerely seem to be committed to this ideal, something seems to be amiss. I want to offer some remarks about that, drawing upon Andrea Dworkin's book Right-Wing Women. I conclude this essay with a call to courage.
