It has been brought to our attention that the name Kathy R. Vander Werff was indexed incorrectly in the above article in the journal Seminars in Hearing, Volume 37, Number 3, 2016 (DOI 10.1055/s-0036-1584409.). The author's name was indexed as "Werff Kathy R. Vander" but the correct listing should be "Vander Werff Kathy R.".
