Abstract
The WIPL code is applied for analysis of electrically large horn antennas. Numerical results show good agreement with measured results and results obtained by the hybrid method in terms of radiation pattern. But when compared with this hybrid method for other geometries, WIPL is much more efficient enabling the analysis at personal computers. Besides that, it enables evaluation of input impedance of the antenna fed by coaxial line.
