Abstract

The first part of this paper presents an analytical procedure for the analysis of framed structures considering the flexibility of steel beam-to-column connections. This is followed by a presentation of several numerical examples to enumerate the behavior of these frames. Finally, some phenomena that are associated with flexibly connected frames are discussed.
