N2 - A low-voltage 180nm Operational Transconductance Amplifier is presented. The circuit uses a 0.9V supply voltage with a rail-to-rail (0-0.9V) bulk-driven input stage. Results show an open loop gain of 97.14 dB and power consumption of 3.33uW. The slew rate of the OTA is 0.05V/uS and unity-gain bandwidth is 8.4MHz.
