Abstract

In the present work, in order to estimate the average diffusivity in the cure system and to develop a quantitative model to predict the diffusion controlled cure kinetics of cyanate resins, the dielectric behavior and molecular size distribution of a zinc-catalyzed cyanate ester resin is examined. The current modeling approach forms the basis for studying the overall kinetics and optimizing the processing conditions of the cyanate resins.
