Crumpling transitions in fluid random surfaces

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The effect of Extrinsic Curvature on random surfaces with dynamical triangulation is studied via Monte Carlo techniques. Two different discretisations of the continuum curvature are compared. These are shown to have quite different phase structures and associated continuum limits.
