Abstract
The hypothesis testing problem should have been expressed in terms of the statistic Dl(k). Dl(k) will then have normal distributions with zero mean and variance in the next equation. Maneuver detections along the x and y axes are still carried out independently although several minor changes are introduced in the equation that describes the maneuver detection procedure along the x axis.
