Characteristics of operational transconductance amplifier circuit in the microwave frequency range

Abstract

Operational capabilities of OTA and OTA based circuits have been analyzed. Results indicate that both OTA and OTA based filters and frequency multiplier circuit performs satisfactorily at microwave frequencies.
