Behavior and design of laterally braced inelastic columns

Research output: Chapter in Book/Entry/PoemConference contribution

Abstract

The behavior and load-carrying capacity of laterally braced geometrically imperfect inelastic columns under uniform compression are numerically studied by using the pseudo load method of inelastic analysis. Based on the results, observations in regard to the inelastic response of braced compression members are made.
