Abstract

Here, we derive analytically the electric, magnetic, electromagnetic, and magneto-electric polarizabilities of two electrically small scatterers called Tellegen-omega and moving-chiral. These two scatterers have been introduced as artificial nonreciprocal bianisotropic particles.
