Abstract

Two types of exemplary vocational rehabilitation counselors, therapeutic and case manager, were identified in a state vocational rehabilitation agency. Because we were unable to distinguish between types of counselors using a variety of psychometric variables, retention of the generalist rehabilitation education curriculum is recommended.
