Abstract

Summary form only given, as follows. The authors consider the design of optimal decentralized Bayesian detection systems. A simple approach based on a version of Kolmogorov variational distance is presented. The design complexity of the approach is much less than that of previous methods. A two-sensor example is given for illustration.
