Personal profile

My vision embraces disability as a proud lived experience and working toward the experience of full inclusion and belonging for the disability community. Importantly this includes viewing the provision of accommodations as the practice of equity. My work further includes addressing the issues of law and policy of disability civil rights in the workplace, inclusive education, transition to and higher education, universal design and universal design for learning, disability studies, information studies, and accessible communication technologies - for individuals with a wide range of disabilities and for English language learners. This includes administration, teaching, training, research, curriculum design, advocacy, and grant writing.
