Research interests

S. Ann Skiold is the Fine Arts, Spanish and Italian subject specialist librarian at Syracuse University Libraries. She holds a MLIS in Library and Information Science, MFA in Fine Arts  (studio and art history), BA in English Literature and a Diploma in Visual Arts. Ann is an active member of Art Libraries Society of North America and College Art Association. She has exhibited her own artwork nationally and internationally. Her art is in academic institutions and private collections. She is the coordinator for Biblio Gallery in Bird Library. She has taught art studio  classes as an adjunct in VPA. Her research interest include collection development, teaching, freedom of information and scholarly communication.
