Christina Leigh Docteur (née Deitz) is the Director for Proposal Support Services in the Office of Research at Syracuse University. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, and a Master of Library Science and a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Information Management, both from the School of Information Studies (iSchool) at Syracuse University. Christina is an active member of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals, the Society for Research Administrators International, and the National Council of University Research Administrators. She has presented at conferences throughout the country and has published on research administration and grantsmanship. Her research interests include grantsmanship and proposal development methods, including educational methods.
