Brenna is the subject librarian for the School of Information Studies (iSchool) at Syracuse University. In this role, she works with the iSchool faculty, students, and staff. Activity includes specialized face-to-face and online instruction, collection development, research consultations, and outreach & engagement. Prior to joining SU Libraries, she worked at Georgia State University for 13.5 years. During this time, she was a subject librarian for disciplines including Education and Nursing, and supervised subject librarians within Education, Health, and Sciences.

Her research interests include scholarly impact, distance librarianship, and iSchool librarianship.
